Purpose:

This scenario will: Start Heater Purge and Verify Purge Completion

VP Database:

This scenario is designed to run with the database in refinery_5.cfg.  Click on these links for the list of input and output tags.  If this scenario was built from a template, then the tags will be listed, but they will be marked as "not found". 

Defaults:

The standard delay inserted before values are checked is 0 seconds for this scenario.  The relative tolerance used in the test for equality is 0.002 %.  Values in SET_HI and SET_LO commands are set 1 units above or below the alarm value specified in the Excel sheet.

Scenario Actions:


Turn i17HS0669B OFF, Field Trip for Heater

Line 4(Row 6):  Set i17HS0669B to the OFF state.  Set i17XSC1971 to the OFF state.  Wait for seconds beyond the standard delay before continuing. 

Line 5(Row 7):  Set i17HS0669B to the ON state.  Set i17XSC1971 to the ON state. 

Get Heater Ready to Purge
Set Level i17LT1641 to 10

Line 8(Row 10):  Set i17LT1641 to 10. 

Turn all bypass switches ON, OFF is bypass

Line 10(Row 12):  Set i17PX1993 to the ON state.  Set i17PX1972 to the ON state.  Set i17FXLL1998 to the ON state.  Set i17LX1641 to the ON state.  Set I17FX0597 to the ON state. 

Turn i17FSLL1998, i17XSC3726, and i17XSC3721 ON to Satisfy Limit

Line 12(Row 14):  Set i17FSLL1998 to the ON state.  Set i17XSC3726 to the ON state.  Set i17XSC3721 to the ON state.  Wait for seconds beyond the standard delay before continuing.  Verify that 'i17YL1973' == 1. 

Lo CO In Heater, Start Purge

Line 14(Row 16):  Set i17HS1974 to the ON state.  Wait for seconds beyond the standard delay before continuing.  Verify that 'i17YL1973' == 0.  Verify that 'i17YL1975' == 1. 

Pause Scenario Until Purge is Done, i17YL1976

Line 16(Row 18):  :PURGEDONE

Line 17(Row 19):  Pause for 1 seconds. 

Line 18(Row 20):  Goto the label :PURGEDONE (i17YL1976 == 0)

Verify Purge Is Completed

Line 20(Row 22):  Verify that 'i17YL1975' == 0.  Verify that 'i17YL1976' == 1. 


Put tag i17PX1993 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17PX1972 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17FXLL1998 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17LX1641 back into AUTO.  Put tag I17FX0597 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17HS0669B back into AUTO.  Put tag i17XSC1971 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17FSLL1998 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17LT1641 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17HS1974 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17XSC3726 back into AUTO.  Put tag i17XSC3721 back into AUTO.  This completes the actions of this scenario.
